Frank Lamothe of Lamothe Lea Aertker, LLC was successful in winning a Motion to Compel investigative reports of the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux relating to alleged sexual abuse by a priest. The Defendant’s objected to the production of the report on the grounds of attorney-work product, however the court held that the report was not in anticipation of litigation and there was also a substantial need for the information contained in the report.
